Returns
A. Eligibility for returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days after purchase. Return Eligibility:
- The item must be unopened and in its original packaging.
- Please return the product to its original condition.
- Returns may be rejected for installation, wear, damage, or alteration.
B. The Return Process
- Start a return:
- Give our customer care team your order number and reason for returning.
- If granted, you'll receive a return permission number and instructions.
- Don't return without permission.

C. Costs of Return Shipping
- Customers pay for return freight unless:
- Sent the wrong thing.
- Damaged or defective item. In this case, Auto Parts Inc. covers return freight.
Refund
A.Inspect and Approve
If accepted, we will process the reimbursement. Any rejected returns will be returned to you without a refund. Returns go through screening upon receipt. We confirm:
- The product meets the original condition and packaging criteria.
- No one has used or installed it.
B.The refund method
Refunds are made via the original payment method. Processing timeframes vary by bank or payment provider.
C.Non-Returnable Items
The given products are not eligible for return or refund at motortude.
- Electrical parts that have been installed or used
- Special orders or customized parts
- Modified, altered, or tampered items
D.Warranty Information
