This Order Confirmation, Order Shipment, and Damages Policy describes how Car Parts Inc. confirms orders, ships car parts, and resolves damages or delivery difficulties. By ordering from Auto Parts, you agree to this Policy.

This policy works for clients so that they obtain accurate order status, shipment timeframes, and remedies for damaged or lost components, reaffirming our commitment to trustworthy used car parts service.

Order Confirmation

An official order confirmation email will be sent to your number by Auto Parts. Your payment card has been pre-authorized, and your order has been received.
We quickly check our suppliers and salvage yards for used auto parts after receiving your order to ensure rapid delivery. Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days. Customers may cancel and refund orders if they are not delivered within 30 days in rare situations. Please see our entire Return Policy for cancellations and returns.

Order Shipment

Auto Parts Inc. ships orders within five business days if available. You will receive tracking information via email or mail within 24–48 hours of your product's shipment.
Contact customer support if you don't get tracking information within six business days of your order. Please email info@motortude.com.

Damages

Please check all packages for damage or theft on delivery. If you see the damage: Please review the delivery receipt for any issues before signing. Photograph the damaged item which you have received and the packaging clearly. Send photographs and details to info@motortude immediately. We will investigate and replace or refund as necessary.
