Warranty’s Terms & Conditions

Warranty terms are binding upon purchase. You don't have to pay labour charges For any reason to Motortude. Violence, commercial, and industrial use void warranties. Warranty must be filed on sales@motortude.com within 10 days of delivery.

If the part has a warranty, the customer must return it to the shipper. Only the original purchaser of that bill can make claims under our warranty. Contact Autojunkhub to repair or remove any parts. We need original repair and installation receipts for warranty claims. Customer satisfaction always comes first. We guarantee our engines for 3 years or 30,000 miles. Return & Replacement

Warranty Replacements: Any part eligible for a Free Replacement must be available for pick up within 7 Working Days of notification. Failure to do so means the customer has kept it, erasing the guarantee. For return or exchange, notify us within 72 hours of delivery if the wrong part is received. Since we have no choice, the seller will do it. The warranty will expire if the part is not picked up within 7 working days.

Returns (uninstalled): Customers must pay all shipping charges and a 35% restocking fee to return or cancel a part before shipping, installing, or receiving. Shipped parts must be picked up within 7 working days. The part will not be refunded if not picked up within this frame.

If we send a replacement motor/transmission before the unwanted/bad/wrong one is returned, the customer must ship it back to the original location within 30 days, or they will be charged for the other one since they chose to keep it.
